᯽ No AI or NFT Usage:You are strictly prohibited from using my artwork for AI training, dataset inclusion, or NFT (Non-Fungible Token) creation and distribution.
᯽ Copyright & Personal Use: I retain all intellectual property rights to my artwork. You may not claim the art as your own or use it for commercial (monetized) purposes without prior agreement.
᯽ Portfolio & Promotion: I reserve the right to showcase the completed commission in my portfolio and on my social media platforms. If you prefer the artwork to remain private, please let me know beforehand.2. Payment & Refunds

᯽ Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront. However, a 50/50 payment split may be discussed and accepted on a case-by-case basis.
᯽ Fees (PayPal): Payments are processed via PayPal. Prices may include a small adjustment to cover transaction fees. You can opt to cover this fee voluntarily via the Google Form.
᯽ Refund Policy:
100% Refund: Only if the work on your commission has not started.
No Refunds: Once the sketching/drawing process has begun or after the commission is completed.3. Order Requirements᯽ Detailed Brief: Please provide a detailed description of your request (poses, expressions, color palettes, etc.) to help minimize the need for major revisions.
᯽ Visual References: For Original Characters (OCs) or real people, please provide clear reference photos or highly detailed descriptions.4. Workflow & Revisions᯽ Sketch Approval: I will send you a rough sketch for approval. Once you approve this stage, the overall pose and composition are locked, and major layout changes will no longer be possible.
᯽ Coloring Stage: Once flat colors are applied, only minor color adjustments can be made. No structural changes to the lineart will be accepted at this point.
᯽ Work-In-Progress (WIP): Feel free to request a WIP update at any stage of the process.
᯽ Response Window (2-Day Rule):=To keep the workflow moving, please reply to my updates within 2 days (48 hours). If I do not receive a response, I will proceed to the next stage or finalize the commission based on my best judgment.
᯽ Delays: In the event of personal emergencies or unexpected delays, I will communicate with you immediately to keep you updated.5. Communication & Support
᯽ Open DMs: Please ensure your Direct Messages (DMs) are open so I can easily reach out to you with updates.
᯽ General Inquiries: You are always welcome to ask questions! However, I kindly ask that you refrain from repeatedly asking "when will it be finished," as art takes time.
